Tim is a certified Meta-Performance Executive Coach and corporate culture trainer who is dedicated to helping individuals live a life of vision. Whether his clients are working to create a new business segment, increase company revenue, or define a powerful vision for their legacy, Tim fiercely advocates for those he coaches. He is committed to those who are hungry to grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually, offering his support every step of the way.
Tim's leadership experience is extensive. He served in the United States Air Force, where he held key roles such as installation commander of the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, and vice commander of the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, the Air Force's Center of Excellence for advanced expeditionary combat support training and education. Tim retired from the Air Force in 2016 in the rank of brigadier general and went on to serve as executive vice president of The King’s College. He also directed the Center for Leadership Development before becoming president of the college in 2017.
While Tim's decorated military career and executive experience at the college are distinguished, his heart is to serve others. His passion for serving started long before his time in uniform or the academic world. In high school, Tim worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, helping inexperienced swimmers overcome their fears and build confidence. One particular moment stands out for Tim: while teaching a young girl to dive, he noticed her starting to panic after she submerged. At that moment, he calmly reminded her of the steps they had discussed, encouraged her to tip her head back, and sure enough, she gained control, safely swimming to the side. He’s never forgotten the thrill of helping someone realize how capable and resourceful they actually are.
This experience became a defining moment in Tim’s coaching philosophy. He realized that when people are offered the right tools, they can achieve things they never thought possible. Today, Tim works with clients to help them accomplish things they once believed were out of reach.
For Tim, coaching isn’t just about achieving external success—it’s about helping individuals become who they were created to be and connect to a deeper sense of purpose. He is a trustworthy guide in the personal and professional growth of those he serves, fiercely advocating for each person’s individualized vision of who they need to become to achieve what they are committed to.
